Terms of Service

The service

Phoneporter lets you send text, links and images from a browser to your own phone. We provide it as is and as available. We may change, limit or stop any part of it, including limits such as the item size (currently 25 MB) and the number of browsers per phone (currently 5).

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• send illegal content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
• abuse the service, for example by flooding it, probing or attacking it, or trying to get around its limits;
• use it to harass or send unwanted content to people who have not paired with you;
• reverse engineer the service to disrupt it or to access other people's data.

Items are end-to-end encrypted and we cannot see them. You alone are responsible for what you send.

No warranty

Phoneporter is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Delivery can fail or be delayed; do not rely on it for anything critical.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or business, arising from your use of Phoneporter. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using Phoneporter at any time by uninstalling the app and the extension. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or abuses the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; if you do not agree with a change, stop using Phoneporter.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Disputes fall under the courts of Kocaeli (İzmit), Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
